Keep the Eaglesoft server accessible for at least 60 days after go-live.
Patterson Imaging data requires advance planning and a clear handling decision
Patterson Imaging data is stored in a proprietary format. Confirm with Henry Schein's team before migration how historical imaging will be handled. In most cases, historical imaging remains accessible through an existing Eaglesoft or Patterson Imaging installation while new imaging is captured through Dentrix Ascend's compatible platforms. Resolve this question before the migration date is set.
